Job summary

The Walt Disney Company is offering a Spring 2027 Analytical & Strategic Planning Internship at Walt Disney World Resort in Lake Buena Vista, FL. You will join an Engineering team to help analyze data, build labor standards and drive efficiency across textiles operations.

You'll work January–June 2027, perform time and motion studies, create visualizations in Tableau or Grafana, and support quality analysis while learning from industry leaders in a global entertainment company.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Post Graduate degree in Engineering (Industrial, Manufacturing, Quality, Systems or related).
Junior, Senior or Graduate status by arrival date.
Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (no rounding).

Responsibilities

Work Measurement: perform time and motion studies to develop labor standards.
Insights: analyze data to identify trends and opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Execution: collaborate to turn ideas into solutions with consensus before implementation.
Analytics: guide textiles data collection, analysis and visualization and present results clearly.
Quality: support quality initiatives by setting up data collection studies and reporting.
