You will work with Engineering to engineer the magic, performing time and motion studies, data analytics, and reporting to drive efficiency and cost savings across Textiles operations. Qualified candidates have strong Excel, Access, PowerPoint, SQL, and data visualization skills (Tableau or Grafana).

Qualifications

• Experience with Excel, Access and PowerPoint is required.
• Experience with data visualization software Tableau or Grafana.
• Experience with statistical analysis through SQL.
• Knowledge of work measurement techniques and methods.
• Knowledge of quality analysis methods like Fishbone diagrams, RCCA and 5 Why's.

Responsibilities

• Perform time and motion studies in Textiles to develop labor standards.
• Analyze data for trends to identify efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate to turn ideas into implementable solutions.
• Guide Textiles data collection, analysis and visualization for messaging.
• Support quality by setting up data collection studies.
