Job summary

Walt Disney World is seeking an Industrial Engineering Intern for Spring/Summer 2027 in Orlando, FL. You will join the Workforce Management team to apply data-driven labor planning and analytics.

You will conduct time studies, develop models, and build dashboards to inform staffing and workload decisions, partnering with operations, labor, and business partners.

This full-time internship runs January 2027 through June or August 2027, with a Monday–Friday schedule and housing support opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a college/university for the duration of the internship.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.
• Prior analytics or internship experience appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Apply statistics and analytics to forecast and plan Walt Disney World labor.
• Analyze and model labor-related data using mathematical approaches.
• Develop analyses and models to assess labor needs and measure forecast effectiveness.
