Responsibilities

• Apply analytics to support forecasting and planning of Walt Disney World labor in changing conditions; analyses include forecasting, allocation, benchmarking, what‑if scenarios, and impact quantification.
• Analyze and model labor‑related data using mathematical and statistical approaches.
• Develop analyses and models to assess labor needs and measure the effectiveness of forecasting and planning.
