Job summary

Vizient, Inc. is seeking a Lead Analytics & Insights Associate to provide customized analytics and insights for Vizient clients across multiple hospitals.

You will lead engagements, conduct analyses, develop reports, and translate findings into actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making. You will present findings to clients and leaders, guide analytical approaches, and collaborate with hospital stakeholders to evaluate performance against peer benchmarks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of relevant analytics/insights experience.
• Experience with hospital quality, financial, operations, supply analytics.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple client engagements and analyses using Vizient data.
• Develop reports and identify performance variation relative to benchmarks.
• Translate findings into actionable insights for strategic and operational decisions.
• Present findings to clients and senior leaders; mentor team members.
