Job summary

Vizient is seeking a seasoned analytics professional to provide custom analytics and insights support to Vizient clients using Vizient tools and data. You will lead client engagements and projects, conduct analyses to identify actionable opportunities for hospitals, and help clients realize the full value of Vizient data.

You will develop reports, identify performance variation relative to benchmarks, and explore integrations with other Vizient data while guiding client adoption of Vizient

Qualifications

• Relevant degree preferred.
• 7 or more years of relevant experience required.
• Hospital quality outcomes, financial, operations, supply chain, or supply analytics experience required.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel required.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, data management, and problem-solving skills required.
• Experience with Vizient data highly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements and projects using Vizient data to identify opportunities for hospitals.
• Develop reports, identify performance variation relative to benchmarks, and explore data integrations.
• Translate findings into insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Present findings to clients and organizational leaders and guide analytical approaches.
