Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience performing analysis.
• Experience in financial services or analytics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop business strategies to drive growth, profitability, and competitive success.
• May manage and develop 1-2 analysts and mentor associates.
• Develop and implement product and pricing strategies for lending products.
• Lead direct-to-consumer marketing efforts and inform go-to-market strategies.
• Drive credit risk modeling and hypothesis testing with rigorous analysis.
• Oversee delivery of business initiatives and manage multiple projects.
• Collaborate with IT, Sales, Operations, Finance and others to improve outcomes.
• Demonstrate strong analytical orientation and executive-level communication.
