Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience performing analysis.

Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership: develop business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
• May manage and develop 1-2 analysts, coaching and mentoring associates.
• Develop and implement product and pricing strategies for lending products; lead analytics.
• Lead marketing efforts and build insights for new customer experiences and go-to-market strategies.
• Drive improvements in credit performance through risk modeling and analysis.
• Manage delivery of business requirements and oversee multiple projects concurrently.
• Collaborate with IT, Sales, Operations, Finance to improve quality, volume, service, and profitability.
• Use analytics to support decision making and strategic influence.
• Demonstrate strong execution, leadership, and results orientation.
