Job summary

Central City Concern is seeking a Business Planning and Strategy Consultant to help shape the future of Oregon's nonprofit dedicated to ending homelessness and advancing health equity. This high-visibility role sits at the intersection of strategy, finance, operations, and analytics.

You will develop financial models, build business cases, conduct scenario analyses, and translate data into clear recommendations to inform executive decisions and ensure long-term sustainability.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business, finance, healthcare, or related field with 5 years of quantitative modeling experience.
• Bachelor’s degree + PMI-PBA or similar certification and 5 years of quantitative modeling experience.
• Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of quantitative modeling experience in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead business planning and strategic analysis to support growth and operational improvements.
• Develop pro forma financial models and scenario analyses; validate inputs with partners.
• Translate analyses into executive-ready recommendations and decision-support materials.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
