Job summary

Oracle Health is seeking a Principal Consultant to lead analytics projects for state government clients in health systems. You will serve as SME, define requirements, and demonstrate solutions to internal and client leadership.

You will own detailed project plans, schedules, LOEs, and provide analytical guidance to cross-functional teams, ensuring client satisfaction and successful delivery across initiatives.

Qualifications

• Medicare data, CMS filing requirements, and healthcare data across members, providers, and claims.
• Must be a U.S. citizen due to client contract.
• Translate business/technical requirements into Medicare Cost Reports and analytics.
• Experience in healthcare analytics, financial analysis, and predictive modeling.
• Strong PM skills with detailed plans, LOE estimates, and cross-functional guidance.
• Excellent communication with internal leadership, health systems, and government clients.
