Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Strategic Insight & Analytics Co-Op in Horsham, PA, from March 2027 through August 2027. This analytics-heavy role partners with Finance to deliver dashboards, reports, and ad hoc analyses, while maintaining data integrity and QC standards.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a bachelor's in business-related fields, comfortable with large data, and proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with dashboards experience (Tableau/Dataiku) as a plus.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree (focus in business/entrepreneurial preferred but not required).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large data sets.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with dashboards and data visualization tools (Tableau and/or Dataiku) is preferred.
• Willingness to improve analytical skills and draw insights.

Responsibilities

• Analyze secondary data sources to address and answer business questions (ad hoc analysis).
• Create, refresh, and analyze performance trends through dashboards or data tables.
• Collaborate on national and subnational reporting data results.
• Support market research projects as needed.
