Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Strategic Insight & Analytics Co-Op in Horsham, PA, March–August 2027. The role focuses on analytics, dashboards, and data delivery, with collaboration across the Finance organization to support the FLDP pathway.

You will work with the Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine data analytics team, building insights from secondary data and maintaining data integrity through QC processes and cross-functional partnerships.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business or related field; preferred but not required.
• Strong analytical skills with large data sets.
• Proficiency with Excel; familiarity with PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Analyze secondary data sources to answer business questions (ad hoc analysis).
• Create and refresh dashboards and data tables to show performance trends.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners on reporting data results.
• Leverage data to deliver insights for strategic decisions.
• Support market research projects as needed.
