Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Engineering, Analytics, Business or related fields.
• GPA 3.0+ across all college coursework.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship for this position.

Responsibilities

• Generating budget forecast vs. actual reports and support financial tracking.
• Maintaining budget trackers, asset registers, and monitoring capital spend against budgets.
• Standardizing KPIs and developing leadership scorecards.
• Creating, automating, and maintaining dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Excel, Monday.com, UCT.
• Performing data analysis to support business decisions and operational improvements.
• Maintaining capital equipment purchase lists and tracking fixed assets.
• Documenting and updating SOPs and operational processes.
• Participating in meetings with stakeholders and providing project support.
• Collaborating across scientific and business teams to understand priorities and career paths.
