Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in Horsham, PA is recruiting a Strategic Insight & Analytics Co‑Op from March 2027 through August 2027. The role focuses on analytics, dashboards, and data delivery with exposure to the Finance organization.

You will support automated dashboards and reports, work with secondary data, and help maintain data integrity through QC, while collaborating with internal and external partners.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required).
• Analytical mindset with ability to derive insights from large data sets.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint required.
• Experience using dashboards/data visualization tools is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support automated performance dashboards and management reports.
• Perform ad hoc analyses and synthesize results for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners on reporting data results.
• Ensure data integrity through QC processes and investigations.
• Assist with market research projects as needed.
