Job summary

MANTECH, a leading international corporation, seeks a motivated Client Engagement Manager to join our team in Charlottesville, VA or Raleigh, NC. The role focuses on driving analytics delivery by managing client relationships, guiding projects, and coordinating with data science and engineering teams.

You will interface with clients and internal leaders to shape analytics strategy, develop roadmaps, and ensure successful delivery of data science initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or other technical field.
• Experience managing client engagements across complex analytics projects.
• Multi-year experience in project management and software delivery.
• Experience in consulting industry and portfolio growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide consulting support and guidance to data science and engineering teams on business analysis, technology approach, analytic solutions, project management process (scope, schedule, cost), and client engagement to drive delivery success.
• Monitor critical metrics like utilization, burn rate, timeline, and risk.
• Facilitate client engagements and relationships in partnership with other ERI leaders.
• Work with Directors and Vice Presidents to review growth and expansion opportunities.
• Create project proposals (scope, level of effort estimates, schedules), statements of work, and price proposals for new work and expansions to existing work.
• Maintain and communicate a solid understanding of analytics and data science techniques, tools, approaches, methodologies, and solutions.
