Job summary

Exelon seeks a seasoned Analyst to perform detailed financial and operational analysis, forecast trends, and support strategic planning. You will prepare comprehensive reports, monitor KPIs, and lead initiatives to improve efficiency in a complex utility environment.

Role requires strong analytical and communication skills, experience with MS Office and analytics tools, and the ability to work with stakeholders across the organization. This is an on-site position based in Villa Park, IL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering is required; 4–7 years of related experience, or 6–9 years without degree.
• Strong understanding of performance metrics and business fundamentals relevant to utilities/energy.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office and specialized business tools for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to develop business cases, forecast, model, and present findings to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop short- and long-range business planning and financial analyses.
• Provide statistical information to optimize personnel, equipment and materials usage.
• Monitor operational performance and recommend improvements.
• Track KPIs and prepare detailed internal/external performance reports.
• Lead projects or process improvements when applicable.
