The role anchors US hours with coverage across trading infrastructure and regulatory touchpoints, reporting to the VP, Head of Tokenization.

The candidate will analyze markets, build datasets and executive-ready materials, translating between business and technical audiences.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in financial markets, exchanges, fintech, and/or digital asset firms preferred.
• Solid understanding of digital asset products across CEXs and DEXs including OTC knowledge.
• Good understanding of US & European market structures and regulation.
• Demonstrated ability to produce executive‑level analytical materials and data sets.

Responsibilities

• Competitive Intelligence & Market Analysis: Own competitive intelligence, market sizing, and product-economics analysis across tokenization and digital-asset venues.
• Data, Analytics & Decision Support: Analyze trading, liquidity, and client data to support product design and strategic decision-making.
• Technical Literacy & Translation: Maintain working literacy in tokenization mechanics and digital-asset market structure.
• Cross-Functional Engagement: Engage with related functions across Cboe and coordinate inputs.
• Governance, Risk & Regulation: Track regulatory developments and contribute to risk assessments and governance materials.
