This role sits at the intersection of product, narrative, and market influence, partnering across Product, Product Marketing, Communications, and Sales to turn Socure’s innovations into platform-level storytelling that shapes analyst frameworks and accelerates growth.

Qualifications

• Shaping analyst engagement across Gartner, Forrester, and Liminal.
• Define category narratives for identity, fraud, and risk.
• Lead evaluations (MQs, Waves, Market Guides) with leadership positioning.
• Build long-term, trust-based relationships with key analysts and advisory voices.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision for analyst engagement across leading firms.
• Shape how identity, fraud, and risk categories are defined.
• Lead evaluations with a leadership focus.
• Build long-term analyst relationships.
• Stand up a vertical industry relations program across fintech, financial services, public sector, and adjacent markets.
• Identify and manage relationships with top-tier industry trade media, emerging independent analysts, and influencer voices.
• Partner with Comms to drive proactive story development in industry trades tied to product innovation, customer proof, and market trends.
• Ensure Socure is consistently present in conversations shaping buyer perception within key verticals.
• Build and scale a technical storytelling engine translating product innovation into clear narratives.
• Turn launches and roadmap moments into analyst-ready narratives, media storylines, and sales-ready messaging.
• Establish SME voices across Product, Data Science, and Risk as market experts.
• Ensure storytelling ladders up to Socure’s narratives and category positioning.
• Partner with Sales to activate analyst validation in enablement, late-stage deal support, and executive conversations.
• Translate analyst insights into competitive positioning and buyer-facing proof points.
• Directly influence pipeline acceleration, win rates, and expansion opportunities.
• Embed AR and industry insights into product marketing and GTM strategy loops.
• Own the analyst engagement calendar, briefings, inquiries, and relationship management.
• Lead end-to-end execution of evaluations with cross-functional alignment.
• Maintain a system for tracking analyst insights and coverage.
• Continuously improve processes, tooling, and visibility across the organization.
