Job summary

ThoughtSpot is seeking a Senior Analyst Relations Manager to shape how analysts understand ThoughtSpot’s strategy, innovation, and market leadership. You’ll orchestrate executive briefings, inquiries, and strategy sessions, partnering with product marketing and the C-suite to translate complex AI-powered analytics into credible narratives.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in Analyst Relations, communications, or product marketing within B2B SaaS, analytics, or enterprise technology.
• Strong understanding of the analyst landscape, methodologies, report cycles, and relationship management best practices.
• Proven track record influencing analyst opinions and improving company positioning in key reports.
• Excellent storytelling skills—able to distill technical or complex product concepts into concise, compelling narratives.
• Collaborative mindset: partnering across product, marketing, and executive teams to align messaging and priorities.
• Exceptional organization and follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive a proactive, insight-led analyst relations program in close partnership with product marketing, product, and executive leadership.
• Cultivate high-trust relationships with top firms (Gartner, Forrester) and boutique analysts across AI, analytics, enterprise SaaS.
• Own the calendar, strategy and execution of briefings, inquiries, and strategy sessions to keep analysts informed of ThoughtSpot’s vision and roadmap.
• Lead and manage cross-collaborative submissions and presentations for Gartner MQ, Critical Capabilities, IDC Market Guides, ISG Buyers Guides, and similar evaluations.
• Track analyst feedback, market trends, and competitive positioning to turn AR insights into business strategy.
• Create analyst-facing content—decks, briefing documents, positioning summaries, and differentiators.
• Maintain a professional presence on LinkedIn to amplify AR milestones and ThoughtSpot’s brand among analysts and influencers.
• Define and report on AR impact on perception, placements, pipeline, and brand.
