Job summary

Ericsson's Enterprise Wireless Solutions division seeks an Analyst Relations professional for a hybrid role in the United States, with work locations in Plano, TX or Boise, ID. You will partner with PR, product marketing, and product management to shape and execute a strategic AR program aligned to business goals.

The role emphasizes private 5G and Wireless WAN, analyst calendar management, briefing coordination, and delivering actionable insights to influence product strategy.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in an analyst relations role.
• Experience in the technology field (networking, and/or B2B SaaS strongly preferred).
• Demonstrated success in supporting and/or analyst programs to desired outcomes.
• Deep experience working cross-functionally with product, product marketing, and revenue teams to build consistent, engaging, and meaningful analyst programs that benefit all parts of the organization.
• Experience managing or contributing to major analyst programs, such as Forrester Wave, Gartner Magic Quadrants, commissioned research, and similar initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support overall Analyst Relations program and drive key initiatives
• Identify key analysts within various swim lanes and verticals, focusing on private 5G and Wireless WAN
• Organize analyst reports, insights and maintain analyst relationship tools
• Create an analyst interaction calendar and execute interactions
• Conduct proactive outreach and manage strategic inquiries and briefings with analysts and influencers
• Develop and manage analyst engagement calendars and attend select industry events and meetings on-site
• Support with analyst relations operations; track interactions and document Briefings and Inquiries
• Collaborate with product management and product marketing to fact-check surveys and vendor assessments
• Provide strategic value by relaying competitive intelligence and customer insights to product, marketing and sales teams
• Provide recommendations on analyst firms to partner with for reports, events, etc.
• Secure positive analyst reviews for PR and customer success
• Coach stakeholders on best practices for analyst interactions
• Negotiate and manage select analyst vendor relationships
