Job summary

Amazon Ads is seeking an experienced, organized Program Operations and Measurement Manager to lead the Analyst Relations (AR) program's backbone, driving events, measurement, and scalable operations across Ad Tech & Media, Commerce & Creative, and Data Science domains.

The role reports to the Head of AR and requires 5+ years in marketing operations, strong data-driven mindset, and proven program management across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
• Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
• Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables).
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience managing event logistics - from planning to execution, including budgeting, vendor coordination, and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the AR program reporting and metrics framework - tracking analyst sentiment, engagements, research, and impact on business outcomes.
• Own recurring reporting mechanisms including dashboards that provide visibility into AR activity, capacity, and effectiveness across the team.
• Partner with AR leads to establish activity baselines, track progress against goals, and surface insights for leadership.
