Job summary

Amazon in Seattle is seeking an experienced, data-driven Program Operations and Measurement Manager to join the Analyst Relations team. You will own the operational backbone of AR, driving event execution, building measurement frameworks, and enabling scalable performance across business areas.

The role requires strong program management, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to translate activity into measurable impact, including dashboards and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
• Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns.
• Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables).
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the AR program reporting and metrics framework - tracking analyst sentiment, engagements, research, and impact on business outcomes
• Own recurring reporting mechanisms including dashboards that provide visibility into AR activity, capacity, and effectiveness across the team
• Partner with AR leads to establish activity baselines, track progress against goals, and surface insights for leadership
