Skillsoft is seeking an experienced Analyst Relations Director to lead the strategy and execution of programs that shape analyst perception and elevate Skillsoft’s market position. This is a highly visible, individual contributor role that bridges external analyst relationships with internal stakeholders to drive company narratives.

The role requires strategic thinking, deep knowledge of enterprise software and SaaS, and collaboration with product, marketing, and executive teams to influence

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in market analyst relations, corporate communications, product marketing, or similar.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business, or equivalent.
• Experience with major analyst firms (e.g., Gartner, IDC, Forrester); former analyst experience required.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Relationship Management with key industry analysts.
• Lead thought leadership and analyst engagement planning.
• Coordinate cross-functional messaging across product, marketing, and exec teams.
• Monitor analyst coverage and provide insights for GTM strategy.
