Qualifications

• Minimum requirement of Bachelor’s Degree in related field and three years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages and leads research on federal rules and University policies to resolve problems.
• Recommends course of action to higher authority for handling problems.
• Counsels faculty, students and staff on administrative operations.
• Manages statistical and analytical information for the function.
• Leads long-range planning for office activities in the function.
• Interprets and administers University and federal policies and regulations.
• Disseminates accurate information regarding areas of concern.
• Formulates and establishes policies for the area.
• Manages staff of exempt and non‑exempt employees.
