Yale University seeks an Associate Dean for Collaborative Excellence to lead strategic resource deployment and cross-office coordination within the Office of Collaborative Excellence and the BBS program. The role supervises three staff and partners with GSAS leadership to align programming with institutional goals.

Formación

• Master's degree with a minimum of eight years in higher education administration or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated supervisory and staff development experience.
• Proven ability to design, implement, and evaluate academic programs.
• Strong communication and project-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise the three Clerical and Technical staff within the Office of Collaborative Excellence (OCE).
• Coordinate activities across the Office of Collaborative Excellence and engage with students, faculty, and staff.
• Develop and implement initiatives to advance collaborative excellence within Yale's BBS program and related offices.
• Lead recruitment, development, and evaluation efforts for programs and partnerships.
• Represent Yale at meetings with university leadership and external stakeholders.
