Job summary

Otsuka America Pharmaceutical Inc. seeks a Strategic Account Liaison to launch and grow its Rare Neurology Franchise.

This field-based role focuses on communicating complex clinical data, screening pathways, and access programs to ALS Centers of Excellence, clinicians, and stakeholders across the U.S. The SAL will drive regional strategy, while collaborating with cross-functional partners to optimize patient care, navigate reimbursement, and remove barriers to therapy for FUS-ALS and future

Qualifications

• Valid U.S. driver’s license and driving record
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 10+ years in Biotech/Pharma commercial field
• Experience in new product launches
• Center of Excellence and IDN navigation, including KOL engagement
• Rare and/or Ultra-Rare Disease experience
• Cross-functional field team coordination
• Background in rare neurology, CAR-T, Gene Therapy account management strongly preferred
• Proven track record of success (Top 30%) over minimum 2+ years
• Must reside in Region

Responsibilities

• Educate on disease state and screening pathways, instill urgency to treat appropriate patients
• Develop and maintain relationships with HCPs and KOLs
• Create positive prescribing experience through clear articulation of access programs
• Communicate complex clinical data and patient support information
• Participate in conferences, congresses, and scientific meetings to educate on rare neurology
