You will liaise with partners, coordinate internal teams, prep governance materials, track milestones, and help interpret collaboration agreements. Relocation to Seattle and a hybrid onsite schedule are required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day liaison between company and external partners, aligning goals and timelines.
• Coordinate internal scientific leads and teams to support partnership work plans.
• Prepare and circulate agendas, materials, and minutes for joint governance meetings.
• Track partnership obligations and milestones; flag risks to leadership.
• Support interpretation and execution of collaboration agreements with the commercial team.
• Contribute to preparation of SOWs, partner reports, and progress updates.
• Report status, changes, and forecasts to Leadership Team.
• Foster positive relationships with partner teams and promote collaboration.
• Contribute to improving alliance management processes and templates.
