Job summary

The Oregon Health Authority seeks an All-Hazards Planner (Operations & Policy Analyst 3) in Portland to lead statewide emergency response planning and strengthen preparedness across partners.

You will develop, review, and revise statewide plans, translate complex data into actionable strategies, and collaborate with federal, state, and local agencies to support mitigation, response, and recovery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required in a related field with four years of professional-level evaluative, analytical, and planning work.
• Equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered with seven years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in policy analysis, legislative coordination, and strategic planning is valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, review, and revision of statewide emergency response plans.
• Collaborate with federal, state, local partners and health departments to integrate planning efforts.
