Minnesota City Jobs is seeking a Project Manager of Airport Development to drive the Minneapolis–St. Paul International Airport CIP initiatives.

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will initiate and manage a broad range of aviation projects, ensuring proper budgeting and oversight of consultant-driven design studies and reports. You will collaborate with MAC departments, airport tenants and governmental entities to advance CIP objectives.

Responsabilités

• Initiate, schedule and implement a broad range of aviation-related projects and programs.
• Exercise cost and budget accountability for CIP development projects at MSP and Reliever Airports.
• Coordinate with architectural, engineering and construction management consultants.
• Oversee development of design studies, project plans, specs and reports for CIP.
• Direct consultants on feasibility studies, phasing plans and timing for CIP projects.
