Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks a Principal Technical Program Manager to lead enterprise-scale AI platforms and models. You will own strategy, execution, and adoption of central AI infrastructure, driving measurable outcomes for customers and partners while coordinating with product teams across the AI organization.

This role emphasizes leadership, strategic alignment, and the ability to turn ambiguous AI concepts into scalable products with strong governance and performance dashboards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical program management experience.
• Deep understanding of AI and Machine learning, MLOps, data platforms.
• Experience engaging with engineering teams to provide guidance.
• Experience defining metrics frameworks (KPIs, OKRs).
• Strong analytical skills with AI performance metrics and real-time video processing.
• Leadership at principal level influencing senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End AI feature delivery across central AI org and product teams.
• Develop AI impact tracking baselines and drive measurable improvements.
• Drive AI/ML into internal software lifecycle and report on impact.
• Build executive dashboards tracking AI impact and development efficiency.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment and transparent communication of AI metrics.
• Lead emergent initiatives from initial concept through prioritization and handoff to PdM.
