Reporting to the VP of AI, you will partner with product teams, measure AI performance against business metrics, improve development lifecycle practices, and create executive dashboards that communicate progress and value.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end AI feature delivery: coordinate AI features across teams to deliver value to customers.
• AI impact tracker & baseline: establish and measure AI model impact on outcomes.
• AI for developer practices: promote AI/ML integration in the software lifecycle and measure impact.
• Organizational performance management: build executive dashboards tracking AI metrics and efficiency.
• Cross-functional alignment: maintain transparency with partner teams and report impact to stakeholders.
