Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks a Principal Technical Program Manager - AI to translate ambiguous AI concepts into enterprise-scale products and platforms. You will lead strategy, drive adoption of AI models and infrastructure, and build cloud/edge AI capabilities that improve customer outcomes across security and safety domains.

You will coordinate across central AI orgs and product teams, measure impact with KPIs/OKRs, and communicate progress to executives while enabling developers with best

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical program management experience.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML lifecycle (MLOps) and data platforms.
• Background in computer vision and/or voice technologies is a plus.
• Ability to engage in technical discussions with engineering teams and provide guidance.
• Metrics frameworks (KPIs, OKRs) to measure success of core technology platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End AI Feature Delivery: coordinate AI features across central AI org and product teams to deliver measurable value.
• AI Impact Tracker & Baseline: define and measure link between AI model performance and customer outcomes.
• AI for Developer Practices: drive programs to integrate AI/ML into the software development lifecycle and track impact on velocity and quality.
• Organizational Performance Management: design and maintain executive dashboards tracking AI impact and productivity metrics.
• Cross-Functional Alignment & Impact Communication: maintain transparency with partner product teams and communicate progress and impact.
