Growth Protocol, Inc. is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers to embed with our clients and design, deploy, and scale AI-powered workflows that transform how enterprises operate.

You will own the solution end-to-end—uncovering opportunities, architecting integrations, orchestrating AI models, and proving measurable ROI in weeks, not months.

This high-impact role can be based in our New York office or performed remotely from the United States or Canada, with a hybrid or fully remote schedule.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in hybrid technical + client-facing role.
• Experience deploying AI/ML workflows and intelligent applications.
• Strong Python development background.
• Experience with data pipelines and distributed systems.
• Ability to translate complex business challenges into technical solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for executive-level discussions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery for enterprise engagements.
• Embed with client teams to scope workflows and architect integrations.
• Architect AI models and orchestrate deployments with measurable ROI.
• Collaborate with product, data science, and backend teams for scalable AI integrations.
• Partner with consulting partners to align technical efforts with business goals.
• Create reusable patterns, playbooks, and documentation.
• Communicate progress and outcomes to senior executives.
• Support onboarding, adoption, and expansion of workflows with customers.
