Job summary

Fortra is seeking a strategic AI Product Manager to drive market analysis, product strategy, and planning for AI-powered software. You will guide product roadmaps and responsible AI delivery, collaborating with engineering, data science, design, security, and legal teams to ensure on-time, high-quality releases.

You will lead customer interviews, study AI usability, and establish success metrics to measure adoption, quality, safety, and business impact.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a technical, business, or related field or equivalent training.
5-10 years of product management, software development, data, or AI/ML product experience in an enterprise software company.
Strong ability to translate customer needs into actionable AI product requirements.

Responsibilities

Market Analysis: monitor AI trends and opportunities, analyze AI products and capabilities.
Product Strategy: conduct market research, customer interviews, and usability studies to identify AI use cases.
Product Planning: define workflows, AI behavior, data needs, quality expectations, and roadmaps.
Product Release & Launch: lead pilots, beta testing, and launch readiness; train sales on AI use cases.
Subject Matter Expert: provide guidance to Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Support.
