Job summary

Versant is seeking a Strategic and AI Partnerships Manager for Entertainment (Fandango/Rotten Tomatoes) to drive revenue-generating partnerships and product-driven value with leading brands. The role blends deal execution, cross-functional coordination, and strategic planning within a hybrid setup in Los Angeles.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in partnerships or related roles, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong experience with CRM systems, Office tools, and AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in partnerships or revenue-generating roles with marketing/product collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Advertising, Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
• Experience supporting revenue-generating partnerships and deal tracking.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word; strong deck, report, and recap-building.
• Familiarity with AI tools, CRM systems, and project management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support revenue retention, renewal readiness, and expansion opportunities across partnerships.
• Maintain tracking of terms, timelines, and metrics in CRM and internal reports.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Marketing, Product, and other stakeholders.
• Represent the partnerships team in day-to-day interactions.
• Monitor performance against obligations and prepare insights-driven recaps.
• Co-develop co-marketing plans with internal and external partners.
• Guide onboarding for new partners with Product on API capabilities and integration.
