Job summary

Versant is seeking a Marketing Analyst to own time-sensitive analytics for Fandango and Rotten Tomatoes partnerships. You will ensure accurate reporting, automate repetitive tasks with AI, and provide fast, actionable insights to optimize campaigns and partner economics.

The role emphasizes reliability under deadlines, building automated workflows, and delivering signal-rich reports that drive recommendations and growth across our marketing programs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of analytics experience, ideally supporting marketing or a consumer business.
• Strong SQL skills with solid QA and validation habits.
• A builder's mindset for automation — comfort applying AI tools to streamline workflows, or eagerness to learn quickly.
• The ability to communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven experience with having a positive impact on roadmap and KPIs with action-oriented recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Partners get answers fast with accurate, time-sensitive reporting.
• Automation of repetitive work using AI tools to reduce time to deliver.
• Deliver reporting of placement, traffic, and campaign performance across sites/apps.
• Track redemptions, costs, and partner obligations for accuracy.
• Flag changes and unusual patterns to provide actionable signal to partners.
• Standardize recurring work so processes are repeatable without relying on one person.
