Job summary

Provectus is expanding its US hiring function and seeks a recruiter to own end-to-end recruitment for FDEs, executives, product owners, and BD managers. The role emphasizes direct sourcing, market mapping, and close collaboration with hiring managers to drive high-impact hires across AI/ML, software, and leadership roles.

You will build Provectus's US talent community through meetups, workshops, and university programs, leveraging marketing support for event execution.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven track record hiring senior technical profiles (AI/ML, software, architects).
• Direct sourcing as a core skill with market maps for target profiles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Comfortable working in a distributed, global team.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruiting across the US from intake to offer.
• Direct sourcing via LinkedIn, GitHub, and referrals.
• Partner with hiring managers and bring market data to calibrate scores.
• Architect and execute Provectus's US talent community strategy (meetups, workshops, university programs).
• Build talent maps for engineers, architects, and business leaders in financial services, insurance, healthcare, and life sciences.
• On-site 2–3 days per week in the New York/New Jersey area.
