Accenture is seeking a Strategy expert with deep High-Tech industry experience to shape and execute AI-enabled strategies. You will translate complex dynamics into sharp, actionable plans, lead senior teams, and build trusted advisor relationships with clients across semiconductor, data center, and technology sectors.

You will mentor junior strategists, deliver end‑to‑end work products, and travel up to 80% to meet client needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience consulting for or working at a High-Tech company, or a start-up.

Responsibilities

Lead teams and drive work focused on addressing priority C‑suite challenges around go‑to‑market, AI integration/adoption, and technology modernization.
Shape organizational and technology‑specific strategies, visions, objectives, and roadmaps for technology, semiconductor, and data center companies.
Identify means to reduce tactical work and optimize operations through AI‑powered tools and process redesign.
Provide actionable insights on product portfolio optimization, monetization strategies, and enterprise‑wide efficiency.
Become a trusted advisor and maintain client relationships beyond a single engagement.
Mentor junior strategists and build high‑performing teams.
Hands‑on in analysis and deliverable shaping while leading teams.
