Job summary

You will lead teams, mentor juniors, and maintain strong client relationships, delivering end-to-end work products and insights. Travel up to 80% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in consulting for or working at a High-Tech company or startup.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams and drive work addressing C-suite challenges (go-to-market, AI integration/adoption, and technology modernization).
• Shape organizational and technology strategies, visions, and roadmaps for technology, semiconductor, and data center companies.
• Identify ways to reduce tactical work and improve operational effectiveness using AI tools and automation.
• Provide actionable insights on product portfolio optimization, monetization, and enterprise-wide efficiency.
• Become a trusted strategic partner and build lasting client relationships beyond engagements.
• Mentor junior strategists and build high-performing teams.
• Hands-on analysis and deliverable shaping while leading teams.
• Own end-to-end work products, ensuring quality and client readiness.
• Manage day-to-day client communications and internal leadership.
• Travel as needed, up to 80%.
