Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Strategy expert with deep High Tech experience to translate complex dynamics into sharp, actionable strategies that clients can scale. You will lead teams, shape technology and business strategies, and drive AI-enabled reinvention across industries.

You will advise on go-to-market, capacity, and enterprise-wide optimization, while mentoring junior strategists and building long-term trusted client relationships. Travel up to 80% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience consulting for or working at a High-Tech company, or a startup.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams and address priority C-suite challenges around go-to-market, AI integration/adoption, and technology modernization.
• Shape organizational and technology strategies, visions, objectives, and roadmaps for technology, semis, data center companies.
• Identify means to reduce tactical work and optimize operational effectiveness using AI-powered tools, automation, and process redesign.
• Provide actionable insights on product portfolio optimization, monetization strategies, and enterprise-wide efficiency.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with clients extending beyond single engagements and mentor junior strategists.
• Hands-on in analysis and deliverable shaping while leading teams; own end-to-end work products for client consumption.
• Manage day-to-day client stakeholder communication and expectation-setting; travel up to 80%.
