Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Strategy expert with deep High-Tech experience and a passion for AI-enabled transformation. You will translate complex dynamics into sharp, actionable strategies for senior clients and lead teams through go-to-market, AI integration, and technology modernization initiatives.

You will shape roadmaps for technology and semiconductor clients, mentor junior strategists, and drive client relationships that endure beyond a single engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience consulting for or working at a High-Tech company, or a start-up.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams addressing C-suite challenges around go-to-market, AI integration/enablement/adoption, total enterprise reinvention, and technology modernization.
• Shape organizational and technology strategies, visions, objectives, and roadmaps for technology and semiconductor companies.
• Identify means to reduce tactical work efforts and optimize operational effectiveness through AI-powered development tools and process redesign.
• Provide actionable insights on product portfolio optimization, monetization strategies, and operational efficiency.
• Become an indispensable strategic partner to clients, building relationships beyond individual engagements.
• Mentor junior strategists and build high-performing teams.
• Managers are expected to be hands-on in analysis and deliverable shaping while leading teams.
• Own all work products end-to-end, including quality, coherence, and readiness for client consumption.
• Responsible for day-to-day client stakeholder communication, expectation-setting, and internal team leadership.
• Travel as needed, up to 80%.
