Job summary

Lincoln Electric is seeking an AI Risk and Governance Lead to establish and oversee the company’s AI governance framework, ensuring responsible, ethical, and compliant AI deployments. The role bridges Legal, ERM, Cybersecurity, Privacy, Internal Audit, Technology, Data Science, and Business teams to align AI with enterprise risk tolerance and regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities include operationalizing AI regulations, leading governance committees, and developing risk assessment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field and 8+ years of risk/governance experience.
• Experience translating AI regulations and governance into practical controls.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise AI risk governance and set controls, standards, and operating procedures.
• Operationalize AI regulations and risk frameworks across lifecycle stages.
• Identify and monitor AI risks including bias, privacy, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate across Legal, ERM, Cybersecurity, Privacy, Internal Audit, Technology, Data Science, and Business teams.
• Develop KPIs, KRIs, dashboards, and governance reporting.
