Job summary

monday.com is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer in Atlanta to lead AI-enabled deployments for our top customers. You’ll own end-to-end architecture, build monday agents and vibe apps, and drive measurable business outcomes across strategic accounts, not just the build.

You’ll work with C-level sponsors, product teams, and Sales/CS to turn insights into scalable workflows, prototypes into production, and reusable playbooks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building applications from scratch using TypeScript/Node.js/React, with full-stack depth.
• Experience leading hands-on projects end to end in a production environment, preferably client-facing.
• Background in Solution Architecture or Software Engineering with a strong grasp of AI/LLM systems: agent architectures, MCP or comparable tool-use protocols, evals, and prompt-to-production workflows.
• Experience navigating C-suite relationships and influencing executive decisions in ambiguous environments.
• Track record of turning one-off delivery work into reusable assets, product requirements, or repeatable playbooks.
• Entrepreneurial, fast-moving, and focused on long-term impact over immediate fixes.

Responsibilities

• Strategic transformation: Embed with C-level stakeholders across accounts to architect end-to-end AI solutions and scalable workflows.
• Outcome ownership: Define success criteria with customers and drive adoption, ROI, and throughput.
• Build and ship: Design platform configurations, build monday agents and vibe apps, wire MCP integrations, and prototype scripts.
• Eval-driven product feedback: Instrument deployments, run evals, and translate findings into PRDs and roadmaps.
• Cross-functional leadership: Partner with Sales and CS as the technical authority on account strategy.
