Job summary

Definitive Healthcare seeks a Data and AI Governance Lead to define and oversee our enterprise data governance and responsible AI programs. You will coordinate across legal, privacy, compliance, security, and IT teams to build a secure and ethical AI-enabled data ecosystem.

You will establish standards for bias mitigation, model governance, and data lineage, enabling scalable AI adoption with strong risk controls across the organization.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in data and AI governance
• Hands-on Databricks Unity Catalog experience
• Strong knowledge of LLMs, Generative AI, and RAG frameworks

Responsibilities

• Direct the design and operation of a centralized AI Trust Center
• Establish governance for Responsible AI and mitigate bias, hallucination, IP leakage
• Develop use-case evaluation framework for AI initiatives
• Oversee AI/ML lifecycle governance and data quality/observability
• Manage data access controls and compliance policies across platforms
• Serve as governance owner for Databricks Unity Catalog
• Train business users and engineering on governed data asset usage
