P-1 AI is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own discovery, success, and growth of industrial customer relationships for an AI engineer agent named Archie. You will work with customers to identify high-impact use cases and collaborate with FDEs to ensure deployments deliver peak value.

The role requires on-site time with customers, global travel readiness, and close collaboration with product teams to shape the future of Archie deployments.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles with direct responsibility for AI deployments to enterprise customers.
• Equally comfortable diving into technical details of a customer use case or engineering tool use pattern and translating to commercial value.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, preferably with experience at a fast-growing startup.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day success of deployments, working with customers and FDEs to unblock issues, manage priorities, and ensure Archie delivers peak value.
• Capture customer feedback and emergent use cases in formal specifications to drive feature implementation and product development.
• Serve as a voice of the customer in internal product roadmapping and prioritization discussions.
• Drive customer expansion by finding the next teams and use cases within existing accounts and across industry.
• Spend considerable time on-site with customers and key stakeholders.
