Job summary

Google is seeking an Intake and Mapping Specialist to join the Risk, Compliance and Integrity (RCI) team. You will help transform regulatory compliance operations into an AI-first, scalable process while ensuring accuracy and risk mitigation.

The role involves building and testing AI tools, HITL workflows, and collaborating with engineering, product, and Compliance teams to deliver compliant, efficient solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience in program or project management in an enterprise, cloud, or technology environment.
• Experience translating regulatory, legal, or policy text into structured data, actionable constraints, or technical requirements.
• Experience in operational process improvement, workflow design, or quality assurance.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma is preferred.
• Experience in the business technology market as a program manager in SaaS, cloud computing, or emerging technologies.
• Experience with cross-functional engineering, sales, and marketing teams in cloud computing or related fields.
• Experience managing expectations, needs, and priorities of executive internal stakeholders based on the overall goal and program success.
• Experience working effectively on a product, team, or process.

• Serve as a critical compliance Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide high-quality decomposition and mapping to thematic topics.
• Emerge and evolve to address more thematic topics with greater precision, act as a primary liaison to broader Compliance teams.
• Refine human validation workflows, ensuring that automated outputs meet strict quality standards while actively driving down overall processing cycle times.
• Adapt between providing direct, manual decompositions and performing high-level verification and quality control where AI is enabled.
