Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of program or project management experience in an enterprise, cloud, or technology environment.
• Experience translating regulatory, legal, or policy text into structured data, actionable constraints, or technical requirements.
• Experience in operational process improvement, workflow design, or quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a critical compliance SME to provide high-quality decomposition and mapping to thematic topics.
• Emerge and evolve to address more thematic topics with greater precision, act as a primary liaison to broader Compliance teams.
• Refine human validation workflows, ensuring automated outputs meet strict quality standards while actively driving down overall processing cycle times.
• Adapt between providing direct, manual decompositions (where automation is not yet possible) and performing high-level verification and quality control (where AI is enabled).
