Job summary

Visa's AI & Automation Solutions team in Austin, TX is seeking a strategic, senior professional to shape how client services leverage AI-powered experiences and intelligent automation to elevate outcomes for clients and the business.

You will partner with Product, Technology, and Client Services to develop compelling narratives, drive key initiatives, and deliver executive communications and portfolio insights that inform decisions and demonstrate impact.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Experience using data to drive strategic decisions.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Support development and execution of strategic AI-led transformations across Client Services.
Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities and inform decisions.
Partner with Product Managers to articulate the value of AI & Automation Solutions.
Develop executive presentations for leadership and client audiences.
Contribute to portfolio reporting, tracking milestones, risks, and outcomes.
Drive process improvements by leveraging AI tools.
