Job summary

RTX is seeking an experienced AI Architect to shape enterprise AI/ML architectures across cloud, hybrid, and on‑prem environments. You will partner with business units and engineering to translate complex needs into scalable, secure AI solutions.

You will define reference architectures, patterns, and guardrails, drive strategy with leadership, and mentor teams as RTX accelerates adoption of Generative AI, retrieval-augmented generation, and multi-model deployments.

Qualifications

University degree in CS/AI/Engineering; 10+ years of relevant experience or Advanced degree with 7+ years.
5+ years designing/architecting AI/ML solutions in production.
Experience as technical/solution architect or lead for complex enterprise software.

Responsibilities

Define end-to-end architectures for enterprise AI/ML solutions across cloud/hybrid/on-prem environments.
Translate business requirements into architecture blueprints and roadmaps.
Lead architecture reviews and mentor engineering teams across units.
