Job summary

GE Vernova seeks an Analytics & AI Delivery Lead for its HDNU & Nuclear division. You will define and own the end‑to‑end data, analytics, and AI product delivery, ensuring on‑time, within‑budget, high‑quality outcomes that drive measurable business value.

You will bridge executives with Digital Technology, analytics operations, and partners to shape the product vision, craft complex requirements, and translate priorities into scalable, user‑centric AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a Business, CS, or STEM field.
• 10+ years of experience in data management, BI, data analytics.
• 8+ years of technical leadership across multiple functions.
• Experience with HDNU & Nuclear platforms.
• Led at least two major transformation initiatives delivering measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI data readiness and delivery, including POC and MVP scaling to production AI products.
• Maintain AI strategy demand pipeline and prioritize intake processes.
• Own end‑to‑end data, analytics, and AI product roadmaps from ideation to optimization.
• Translate demand into capacity plans; lead PI planning with OCIO and partners.
• Serve as primary liaison among executives, technology teams and delivery partners.
• Drive governance, risk, and compliance for analytics/AI solutions.
